Q: Will my dog be supervised at all times?

A: Yes. Your dog will be under constant supervision by our team of doggy supervisors at the Daycare Centre, and and not left unattended.

Q: I have a puppy or small dog, can they come to the Daycare Centre?

A: Yes. The day care centre is the perfect environment for your puppy to grow and socialise. We accept puppies from as soon as they're fully vaccinated. They're introduced slowly to make sure the experience is enjoyable and not too overwhelming.

Q: Do I need to book in the same days each week?

A: For regular spaces these are set days each week. we do accept ad hoc bookings when there is availability.

Q: Do you offer day care on the weekends and bank holidays?

A: The Doggy Daycare Centre only operates from Monday-Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year..

Q: Are you licensed?

A: Yes. Sherston Doggy Daydare is fully licensed by Wiltshire Council, achieving the higher 5* standard.

Q: Can I meet the team and see the facilities before sending my dog?

A: Yes, you can arrange a visit to come look around,  meet the team and see where your dog will spend their day with us.

Q: What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog?

A:  We are extremely strict with only accepting social dogs. All dogs get screened on their first day with us to ensure they're suitable. This ensures all of the dogs are happy in one another’s company, so it is unlikely your dog will not get on with another dog. We have quiet areas where we can take dogs if they need a bit of quiet time or to be separated from another dog if they get over excited playing.

Q: Can my dog stay at the Daycare overnight?

A: No, we do not offer overnight stays but are on the same site as Sherston Boarding Kennels.  All over night bookings must be made directly with them.
